1)     I dislike my children & want them to never speak to each other again after the battle over my estate

2)     I hate my spouse & want him or her to suffer the agony of attempting to probate my estate without a will

3)     I would like my minor children to be put into care whilst the court decide which greedy relative, if any, will get custody

4)     My family doesn’t need the money so I want the Government to take as much of my estate for taxes as possible

5)     I have reliable information that I am never going to die

What other logical reason is there for my not having a will?

The Finance market provides £53 billion in taxes, thats 11% of the whole, and you think they are not going to remind those who think they wield power??

Ministers in the news are saying to bankers – restraint please, but behind the scenes? They can but wish for it.

So we will have to wait and see if Osborne for all his huffing and puffing will actually take robust action …
