You as a business owner need to spend your time profitably and if that means finding others to do the various services you know little about, then do it!

Think about it, you spend hours trying to figure out what is vat exempt and what you can vat for, or where does petty cash come in your accounts, or how to issue a credit note against an invoice to make your books balance … so why do you do it?

Outsourcing need not be expensive and if you consider how much your time is billable at then usually its far far cheaper.  Don’t all in to the trap that many do, that actually your time is not a waste and it doesn’t cost you money spending hours doing something that would take someone else minutes to do - all time is precious and any thing you do should be making you money.
