“We will bring forward detailed proposals for robust action to tackle unacceptable bonuses in the financial services sector; in developing these proposals, we will ensure they are effective in reducing risk. We want the banking system to serve business, not the other way round.”
Something held up to us the populace to show that the Government will take action and will make those dirty greedy bankers control themselves!
Did it happen?
Did it hell!
The Finance market provides £53 billion in taxes, thats 11% of the whole, and you think they are not going to remind those who think they wield power??
Ministers in the news are saying to bankers – restraint please, but behind the scenes? They can but wish for it.
So we will have to wait and see if Osborne for all his huffing and puffing will actually take robust action …

Starting a business?
Bet you have a headache!!
Its not easy when you first sit down and think about a new business. You have a love of something perhaps, or just very good at something, or perhaps you presently work doing it and think you can do better yourself?
So decision made, where to next?
Do you plough through all the internet sites reading everyones advise, or just simply head to a one stop shop?
Having started up a few business of my own, and learnt a few lessons along the way, I would like to think that between me and my colleague, Mathew Forshaw, that we can get you started up in the right direction, so with this in mind, we have started up a company called Biz in a Box Ltd, whereby you can buy a basic business package that allows you to hit the ground running, then when you need it come back to us and buy some further products or services to top up your business.
Sound good? I hope so!
So if you are starting a business, come visit and see for yourself.
